We ship products across India through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

  1. Orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

  1. Estimated delivery time: 5–20 business days, depending on location and courier service availability.
  2. Remote or non-metro regions may require additional time.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link or AWB number via email or SMS (if provided).

You can track your shipment in real-time using this link.

4. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  1. Weather conditions
  2. Courier operational issues
  3. Festivals or national holidays
  4. Remote locations
  5. Government restrictions or strikes

Such delays are beyond our control; however, we will assist you to the best of our ability.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the delivery address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable, the shipment may be delayed or returned.

In such cases:

  1. Re-shipping charges may apply
  2. Delivery timelines may extend

Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

6. Damaged Parcel Policy

For any damage, defect, or missing item claims:

  1. A clear continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
  2. The video must show the package from all sides and the entire opening process.

Without unboxing video proof, courier damage or product defect claims cannot be accepted.

7. Return Shipping Charges

  1. If a return is approved due to a defective or incorrect product, VP England will bear the return shipping charges.
  2. For customer-initiated returns (if approved), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

8. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, courier charges, handling charges, and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

In case of an approved refund, only the product price will be credited to the VP England Wallet.

Shipping or delivery charges will not be returned under any circumstances.
