1. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To request a return or refund, customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video showing:
- The unopened parcel from all sides
- The entire opening process
- The product clearly visible at the moment it is removed from the package
No return, replacement, or refund request will be accepted without proper video proof.
2. Return Eligibility (7-Day Window)
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
- Original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- Only the same product, in the same design and size, will be accepted for replacement.
- Products returned in used or damaged condition will not be accepted.
3. What Can Be Returned
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged
- The product is defective
- You received the wrong product
- Printing or quality issue is clearly visible in the unboxing video proof
Returns due to wrong size selection or change of mind are not accepted.
4. Replacement Policy
- Replacement will be issued only after video verification.
- Replacement is provided for the same product and same size, subject to stock availability.
- If a replacement is not available, the refund will be issued to the VP England Wallet.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only to the VP England Wallet.
- Wallet balance can be used for any future purchases on our website.
- Bank transfer, UPI refund, or payment gateway refund is not available.
6. Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping charges, courier fees, COD charges, and handling charges are non-refundable.
- In case of an approved refund, only the product amount will be credited to the VP England Wallet.
- No refund will be provided for any shipping, delivery, or service-related charges.
7. When Return / Refund Will NOT Be Accepted
Your return or refund request will be rejected if:
- No unboxing video is provided
- The video is unclear, edited, or incomplete
- Product has been used, washed, or damaged
- Product tags or packaging are missing
- Wrong size was ordered by the customer
- Reason for return is “change of mind”
- Claim is made after 7 days of delivery
- Colour difference caused by lighting or screen display
- Proof does not show any issue
8. Return Shipping Charges
- If the product delivered is defective or incorrect, VP England will cover return shipping charges.
- For customer-initiated returns (if eligible), the customer may be responsible for return courier charges.

- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Mandatory unboxing video
- Photos of the product (if needed)
